Our Client is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for their newest product line in RF propagation simulation and electronic warfare. The Sr. Systems Engineer will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and developers to design the system, define requirements, model components, develop and execute system tests, and develop component models and waveforms. This position also includes evaluating system performance in the lab and at the national test centers.

The Systems Engineer will be exposed to a wide range of opportunities as part of a dynamic small business experiencing tremendous growth. This includes providing input to proposal development, customer interaction, and strategic planning.
Work directly with the program lead to design the overall product architecture, implementation strategy, and testing methodology
Document system requirements and concept of operations
Develop and evaluate component models using Matlab and other toolsets
Develop and evaluate the performance of EW waveforms
Work with hardware and software engineers during development
Create and execute system test procedures
Help guide and mentor junior engineers
Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years system design and development experience within the DoD and Intelligence Communities
Experience as a technical or project lead
Proficient with Matlab, C/C++, and python
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SI/TK. U.S. Citizenship required.
Masters degree preferred
Experience with signal processing and Electronic Warfare
7-10 years system design and development experience within the DoD and Intelligence Communities preferred
FPGA Programming experience
Familiarity with CREW / Warlock Systems
TOP SECRET Security Clearance preferred.
