In layout designing, about high frequency 6GHz signal, which issues we should pay attention to? I use 6GHz differential signal in 2/3 frequency divider~~~~~How I can design the layout better~~please help help ~~~Thanks~~~

Make sure the differential lines are routed together. You can shield sensitive lines so that the parasitic are same. High frequency lines should have min capacitance and resistance. This can be achieved by routing them using higher level metals.

Thank you Jesal Mehta very much~~you mean I'd better rout the differential line parallel with the same distance, Do 6GHz signals make interfere with each other? if we rout the cross line, How serious the impact of the cuicirt performence~~??

You have to make sure he differential line can tolerate extra loading if they are routed close to each other. Now there is coupling capacitor between the two lines. Since they are differential, no interference problem due to each other.
