Have you test the RFIC for phase noise, IQ, linearity, noise figure, EVM, PER?
Have you done impedance matching and used Smith chart?
Have you written software in C++, labview, or python to automate the testing?

Bringup, optimization, verification, and productization of highly integrated transceivers designed for WLAN (802.11 a/b/g, MIMO) applications.
Bringup the RFIC/PCB and optimize various design parameters such as phase noise, IQ imbalance, power, gain, spurs, noise figure, AGC, filter, and system parameters such as EVM, PER, ACPR, etc...
Develop algorithms in LabVIEW or Python to efficiently optimize and verify these RFIC and system parameters.
Develop test plan and strategy to effectively screen chip at production. Perform failure analysis and resolve system malfunctions from customer returns
