Hi,my name is Urvang . I'm doing B.E 1st year at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT). I have design a rf transceiver for a project. I wanted to check if i could simulate the circuit of rf transceiver in cadence virtuoso spectre or rf sim 99. I dont want to construct the circuit on a pcb as of now I just want to know if this software can simulate the following components: CC1101(transceiver chip), RF 3025 (RF switch) , MM209312B (power amplifier). Since I’m a newbie working on this softwares I would be grateful to you if you could give me any suggestions on how to proceed working on this software. Or if you have any idea of any parallel softwares which can simulate the above mentioned component. I would be highly obliged to acquire any kind of assistane from you. Thank you.
