Older thermal printers require heat-sensitive or thermal paper. This is inserted into the machine (between the thermal head and the platen). When activated, the printer sends an electrical current, which causes the printer to generate heat in a Thermal Printer preset pattern. The heat of these thermal printers activates the heat-sensitive layer of the paper when the paper is pushed by the platen and a pattern of color (usually, black) emerges in response. Thermal Printers don't use ink as usuall printers but they have a head of tiny resistors in a row (about 384) Mobile Printer which behave on the paper as dots. Also they use a suitable paper which is thermal sensitive. RFID readers, inkjet label printers and personal label printers or label markers. Among these, desktop Thermal Printerlabel printers, RFID readers, personal label printers and inkjet printers are the most in-demand label printers for small and medium-level businesses. Thermal photo printers are also called dye sublimation printers. These devices are different from inkjet and laser printers in their printing mechanism. While laser printers use laser technology and inkjet printers use a painting method for printing, Bluetooth Receipt Printer thermal printers use heat to imprint the image on paper. Thermal photo printers use stencils or color panels called dye panels. To rectify this problem, full thermal print head to be replaced. It cannot be used in regular printers due to slow speed printing, print head cannot withstand high volume of printing and color printing is not possible. qwer1030201402blog
